Building Performance Certifications.
LIPA and most governing
bodies recognize the Building Performance Institute as the authoritative governing body in home
performance. BPI set the standards by which a certified professional
goes by. These standards will determine how a certified professional diagnosis problems and repairs them in your home.
BPI also sets standards
for the education of its accredited contractors, and provides an
independent quality assurance program for the contractors customers.
